This pretty brick ranch located in Kingsport brings to attention what a new roof can do for additional curb appeal. On this project, the roof shingles were replaced with one of my favorite colors, black walnut. Black Walnut, made by TAMKO, is obviously a black architectural shingle. What’s not so obvious is that the shingle has reddish-brown tones as well that are subtle in nature. This allows the shingle to play off the brick of the house. Also installed, bronze gutters to add some additional contrast equipped with matching 3×4 rectangular downspouts.
